    Greg Tseng is Founder & CEO of if(we).

    Greg leads the if(we) team in pursuit of the company's mission to enable meaningful connections between people. In addition to helping grow if(we)'s successes Tagged and hi5, Greg supports the team in generating new ideas and building great new social products.

    Since becoming entrepreneurs in 1999, Greg and his long-time friend Johann Schleier-Smith have co-founded several companies and launched over 20 consumer web and mobile products. Greg is also an acknowledged expert in viral marketing and has advised numerous Silicon Valley startups. He holds an A.B. in Chemistry & Physics & Mathematics from Harvard University and pursued a Ph.D. in Physics at Stanford University before leaving to fully focus on his entrepreneurial career.

    Dash is Chief Operating Officer at if(we).

    He brings together the product, design, revenue, customer experience and analytics teams to build products that our users love.

    Dash found his way to tech and startups from Carnegie Mellon University after a brief management consulting detour. He's been involved in consumer products and technology for the last 10 years trying to solve problems in the search, content, and communication spaces. Dash enjoys both executive operational management and getting his hands dirty building products with small teams. He's run cross-platform product development at scale in Yahoo!, Digg and Badoo as well as rolled his sleeves up at TopProspect. Dash was most recently Founder / CEO of Tinode, a messaging-as-a-service startup, which was acquired by if(we).

    Gene is SVP of Engineering at if(we).

    Gene leads the design, development, delivery, support and maintenance of the technologies behind if(we)'s products.

    Most recently, Gene co-founded and served as CTO at Tinode, a B2B cloud computing company whose first product was Messaging as a Service. Prior to Tinode, Gene served as CTO of Badoo, a social network for meeting new people. He led R&D operations at Badoo's Moscow and London offices, driving the charge to consistently develop new technology for desktop and mobile.

    Gene joined Badoo from Google, where he led the development of multiple global and specifically Russian products. In 2010 he became the Head of Google's Moscow Engineering Center. Prior to Google, he developed financial trading systems and started several small companies. Gene holds a Ph.D. in Physical Chemistry from Stony Brook University.

    Louis is SVP of Legal & Head of Corporate Development at if(we).

    He oversees all legal matters, including intellectual property, corporate governance, securities compliance, litigation and government affairs. He also leads teams for finance and accounting, people operations and facilities, including employee recruitment and retention, and is responsible for driving corporate development and strategic transactions.

    Louis has significant experience with online media, privacy and technology law and has been closely involved with the evolution of the industry for the past 10 years.

    Prior to working with if(we), Louis served as General Counsel and Chief Operating Officer of Ennovate Media, a media technology company based in New York, where he was responsible for key client relations. He also served as Vice President, Business and Legal Affairs with The Deal, L.L.C., a financial news publishing company also based in New York. Louis began his legal career as a corporate associate with Dewey Ballantine LLP working on mergers and acquisitions and securities offerings. He is a graduate of Wesleyan University (B.A.) and Columbia Law School (J.D.), where he served as an Editor of the Columbia Law Review.

    Steve is VP of Marketing at if(we).

    Steve is responsible for marketing and corporate communications for if(we) and also supports the company through other marketing and advertising initiatives surrounding specific apps and products.

    Prior to if(we), Steve led integrated sales at News Corp’s Fox Interactive Media (FIM) for the company’s portfolio of properties including MySpace, IGN, Photobucket, American Idol and Fox.com among others. Before Fox, he spent seven years with Monster Worldwide as Vice President and National Sales Director. At Monster, he led sales and marketing efforts for its social media sites, including Tickle, Ringo and affiliated social networks such as Bebo and Hi5. Steve holds a Bachelor’s of Business Administration from California State University Long Beach.
